Refund policy

You have the right to return purchased goods without any given reason within 14 days after receipt of goods. For such matters, you can contact us via e-mail on info@b-token.com.

If you have ordered multiple products, the return period of 14 days starts after receipt of the last product. The product that needs to be returned has to be returned back within 14 days after the agreement of return.

If you use the right of withdrawal, the goods have to be returned back unused and in their original packaging. After making an agreement via e-mail or telephone, the goods can be returned. On receipt of goods, the complete order amount, including transportation cost, will be credited. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product to b-token.

Exceptions – We cannot offer a refund, unless faulty or not as described, on the following:

1.      Tailor-made products for the client

2.      Personalised products for the client

3.      Products which have been used by the customer
